Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Server to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about menu items and make recommendations to customers.
  • Ensure prompt and courteous service to all customers, handling orders efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverages.
  • Provide a welcoming and attentive atmosphere for guests, responding promptly to their needs.
  • Collaborate with other servers to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Upsell menu items and promotions to increase sales and revenue.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a fine dining restaurant.
