As a skilled In Room Dining professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized services that create memorable moments for our guests.

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at Grand Hyatt Melbourne, where you will be responsible for providing food and beverage services to our guests through a seamless In Room Dining experience. This includes delivering VIP and special occasion amenities to multiple rooms throughout the hotel, preparing and packing down of In Room Dining trolleys, making coffee and other beverages as per guest orders, and maintaining a clean and tidy In Room Dining area for efficient service periods.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and preferences.
  • Provide timely and professional delivery of food and beverages to guests.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the In Room Dining area.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.
