About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests, serving food and beverages, sharing menu knowledge to assist with questions and special requests, and accurately recording transactions in our MICROS system.

You will also contribute to a welcoming and professional atmosphere by maintaining a clean uniform and adhering to our hotel's high standards of service.

  1. Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, effective communication, and a positive attitude.
  2. Food and Beverage Knowledge: Share menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests, and accurately record transactions in our MICROS system.
  3. Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and maintain a professional atmosphere.
  4. Physical Abilities: Move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time, and maintain a clean uniform.
