Claims Capability Coach

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement tailored coaching and training programs based on insights from quality reviews and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with frontline leaders and technical specialists to develop performance and development plans focused on technical excellence.
- Design and integrate processes and learning frameworks that align with business objectives, ensuring long-term effectiveness and sustainability.
- Conduct capability reviews with senior claims officers, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Advanced knowledge of general insurance principles and the end-to-end claims process.
