The Role

This position supports our Self-Insurance business, working closely with claims teams for coaching, capability improvement activities, and complex technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching for new staff or transferred staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Team Managers to identify gaps in staff expertise and develop suitable programs or coaching solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and serve as a primary point of contact for technical support queries from Case Managers and Clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as an escalation point of contact for complex technical inquiries and support.
  • Understand operational systems, processes, and procedures to effectively address and communicate staff queries.
About You

We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and customer-centric individuals who have:

  • Significant experience in VIC or NSW Workers Compensation claims management.
  • A strong understanding of relevant VIC or NSW workers compensation legislation and frameworks.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to coach and engage at all levels of organisation.
