About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at our Newcastle showroom, working 35 hours a week across 7 hours a day. As a market leader in luxury furniture design, we pride ourselves on being experts in our field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a welcoming store environment that showcases our high-end products.
  • Provide exceptional product knowledge and offer solutions to customers' furnishing needs, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships, driving repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of surpassing sales targets in high-end or hard-sell retail environments.
  • Previous sales experience, ideally selling furniture or high-value items such as jewellery, cars, bedding, luxury goods, or travel.
  • Comfortable working most weekends and maintaining immaculate personal presentation and communication skills in line with our brand's high-end image.
