Desktop Support Specialist

This role requires an individual with technical expertise to troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and other equipment. The successful candidate will use advanced tools and knowledge to resolve client issues and perform scheduled installations.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out troubleshooting, replacement of parts, system upgrades, advanced deployment, and repair on desktops/notebooks/printers
- Utilize advanced tools/technical knowledge to resolve client problems and conduct scheduled installations
- Provide technical feedback on process issues to enhance service delivery
- May assume team lead responsibilities at times and coach team members
- A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience is typically required
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience is necessary
- Proficiency in the Windows operating system environment is essential
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems may be necessary
- Strong interpersonal skills are required for effective client service
- The ability to perform general office requirements is a must
- The position requires the capacity to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
- Travel, including overnight domestic or international trips, may be required
