Enterprise Technology Leadership Role

Senior IT Leadership Opportunity

This is a strategic leadership position within our Information Technology (IT) function, reporting to the IT Leadership Team. The successful candidate will provide operational leadership across maintenance and support services and drive collaboration between internal and external support teams.

About the Position:

The Enterprise Applications Manager will be responsible for:

  • Driving cross-functional collaboration across project teams, internal and external maintenance and support services teams, and business stakeholders
  • Procuring, engaging, and managing external implementation partners and support partners, measuring and managing service levels
  • Serving as a member of the IT Leadership Team and collaborating with other members of the IT function to ensure the successful delivery of all IT services across the organisation
  • Assisting with driving improvements across the IT operating model
  • Leading and coaching others in working safely and in alignment with organisational safety policies
  • Consistently setting an example of collaboration and professionalism

Key Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or related field
  • At least 5 years experience in people leadership and management
  • At least 10 years experience in IT
  • Experience with market leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems highly desired
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cloud-based software technology platforms
  • Experience with Oracle SaaS and PaaS technology highly desired
  • Experience in analysing business opportunities and designing technology solutions to achieve the intended outcome
  • Familiarity with IT service delivery frameworks such as ITIL
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks
  • High attention to detail with proven ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in developing working relationships with senior management across all parts of an organisation
