This role is a pivotal position within the organization, responsible for proactively identifying and capitalizing on key business opportunities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically source opportunities for growth;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing partnerships and identify new relationships with prospective clientele;
  • Actively pursue direct sales leads and monitor market trends to inform sales strategies;
  • Proactively enhance and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Presentation of quotations and proposals to clients to secure business growth;
  • Contribute to the development of key strategies to win tenders and expressions of interest in conjunction with senior managers;
  • Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure seamless delivery of customer expectations;
  • Drive sales performance to meet business objectives through proactive pursuit of sales targets;
  • Utilize marketing tools to secure new business and expand market presence;
  • Work collaboratively with the team to align marketing and business strategy towards sustained growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development from related industries, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, outstanding customer engagement and relationship development skills, self-motivation, excellent time management skills, strong technical/project management skills, and ability to travel.
