Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to play a critical role in shaping the company's strategic direction. As a key member of the leadership team, you will provide in-depth analysis and insights to guide business decisions.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive market research, analyzing trends, and developing actionable strategies to support long-term objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth, improve efficiencies, and maintain competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Analysis and Research: Identify potential risks and opportunities through detailed market analysis.
  • Data-Driven Decision Support: Evaluate performance and guide strategic planning using quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable strategies that align with corporate goals.
  • Business Modeling and Forecasting: Build financial models and projections to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Customer Insight: Lead customer insights projects to support assessment of development and investment opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present insights, recommendations, and strategy updates to senior leadership.
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or further tertiary studies will be highly regarded. You will have extensive experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or a related analytical field.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI) combined with financial modeling is essential. You will also possess strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, with a keen ability to synthesize complex information.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to present findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner. A demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex business challenges is necessary.
