Strategic Leadership Opportunity

This is a rare chance to take on a leadership position within an organisation dedicated to making a meaningful social impact.

We are seeking a Deputy CEO to play a key part in driving organisational transformation and leading the way for future growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, with experience in building inclusive teams and fostering a positive organisational culture.

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across the organisation
  • Partner with the CEO and Board on long-term strategy and transformation
  • Lead with compassion and purpose to deliver lasting outcomes for women and children

The successful candidate will also have experience in developing, reviewing, and maintaining organisational policies and procedures, as well as overseeing the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs/services.

In addition, they will have a strong understanding of governance principles, including preparing reports, tenders, and strategic papers to inform Board decision-making. Financial governance and oversight are also essential skills for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive excellence in people leadership, service delivery, and social impact

• Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of three years' experience in a similar senior leadership role; Tertiary qualifications in business management, quality management, community services, leadership or related discipline
