Key Responsibilities
  • Lead efforts to identify and implement cutting-edge digital solutions, immersive content experiences, and personalised user journeys to enhance the digital presence of the university.
  • Inspire and lead a high-performing digital experience team to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Successfully manage large-scale digital projects from conception to completion ensuring timely and within budget delivery.
  • Ensure web, automation, and digital campaign strategies complement each other, supported by strong content governance and accessibility standards.
  • Successfully leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions, optimise user journeys, measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills as evidenced through extensive experience in digital experience management, digital strategy, automation, or related roles within complex organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise, plan, and deliver digital initiatives including web, automation, and AI-driven activities along with the capability to investigate challenges and develop innovative, student-focused solutions.
  • Demonstrated high level written communication skills, including the ability to produce and maintain a range of documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of web technologies, digital communication systems, content management systems, and digital analytics.
