- The Change Management Lead will assist project teams with analysing, planning, executing, and reviewing change initiatives using the organisation's change management framework.
Requirements:
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Aged Care or Not For Profit experience;
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess change impact and develop strategies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders;
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
