As a rapidly growing company, Jotform is seeking a Sales Development Manager who wants to win big and continue to shape our sales organization. The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for first proving the sales development, then building out and leading the Sales Development team to generate new revenue for the Jotform Enterprise segment in ANZ and APAC territories.

The Sales Development Team for Jotform Enterprise acts in an Inside Sales capacity. You will not be closing deals; you will rather be cultivating potential leads into qualified meetings and making warm introductions to the Business Development Managers in respective territories.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Jotform is looking for an accomplished leader with a proven track record of overachievement selling complex enterprise technology, particularly software. The Sales Development Manager (SDM) must possess the ability to drive aggressive revenue growth and motivate a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve sales quotas for Jotform: creating, cultivating and developing accounts and increasing market share. This sales leader must be able to identify and test new growth opportunities for Jotform, and new investments that will drive sales efficiency. The SDM must also measure, monitor and hold teams accountable for their activities and results as well as lead by example. S/he will also be responsible for monitoring forecasting efforts, customer satisfaction, and delivery on sales targets.

Although starting as an individual contributor, this position will eventually evolve into that of a People Manager; the Sales Development Manager will interview, hire, coach and mentor Sales Development Representatives in a high-touch leadership role. You'll help them make an impact by maximizing daily prospecting efforts in a fast-paced and high growth environment.

**The key objectives of this role include, but are not limited to**:

- Start out as an individual contributor Sales Development Representative; cultivate leads into qualified meetings for the Business Development Managers.
- Design, build and manage a fast-paced SaaS Sales Development Department
- Set, track and deliver accurate forecasting on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Manage day to day operational needs of the assigned Sales Development Team
- Coach Sales Development Team by analyzing quantitative metrics
- Work closely with Business Development teams to create the tools and processes that will enable the team's success
- Establish and maintain an energetic and winning sales culture

**What Do You Need to Be Successful?**
- 5+ years of demonstrated sales development / inside sales success with a combined history of individual contributor sales as well as prior experience leading a B2B sales development team
- Experience selling SaaS products in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of proven sales methodologies
- Excellent understanding of the key metrics to measure and manage a team of sales development individuals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience managing remote teams of sales development professionals highly preferred
- Working knowledge of Google Docs and Sheets, as well as CRM tools. Experience with HubSpot preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
