About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective case management strategies to ensure timely and safe return to work for injured employees.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including employers and Injury Management Specialists, to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as healthcare providers and vocational experts, to identify and address barriers to return to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of employee injuries and develop tailored plans to support their recovery and return to work.
  • Monitor and evaluate progress, making adjustments to plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to employees, employers, and other stakeholders to promote understanding of workers' compensation processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in case management or a related field, with a focus on workers' compensation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
