Bradnam's Windows and Doors is seeking a Customer Service and Administration Representative to join our Gold Coast team in Ashmore. As a key member of the team, you will provide excellent customer service to our growing department.

The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience in a customer-focused role and a positive, self-motivated attitude. You will be responsible for providing effective and timely responses to customer requests, contributing to sales targets, and continually developing and improving knowledge of Bradnam's products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Contribute to sales targets and continually develop and improve knowledge of Bradnam's products
  • Identify areas and functions within sales that can be improved
  • Understand and work with our credit department and actively support fellow members of the customer service team
  • Demonstrate and uphold a commitment to safe work practices
Requirements
  • Previous administration experience in a customer-focused role
  • Positive, self-motivated attitude
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
