About the Role

Bradnam's Windows and Doors is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Administration Representative to join our team in Ashmore. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our growing department, ensuring a positive experience for our internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safe work practices. You will be responsible for providing effective and timely responses to customer requests, contributing to sales targets, and continually developing your knowledge of Bradnam's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to sales targets by providing accurate information and completed paperwork to internal and external customers.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Bradnam's products and services, staying up-to-date with current building codes and regulations.
  • Identify areas for improvement within sales and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the credit department and support fellow members of the customer service team.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safe work practices, adhering to all site requirements and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience in a customer-focused role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to safe work practices.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
