Bradnam's Windows and Doors is seeking a Customer Service and Administration Representative to join our Gold Coast team in Ashmore. As a key member of the team, you will provide excellent customer service to our growing department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing effective and timely responses to customer requests;
  • Developing and improving knowledge of Bradnam's products and staying up-to-date with current building codes;
  • Identifying areas for improvement in sales and customer service;
  • Working with the credit department and supporting fellow customer service team members;
  • Demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices and complying with site requirements.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Previous administration experience in a customer-focused role;
  • A positive attitude and commitment to safe work practices;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
