Bradnam's Windows and Doors is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Administration Representative in Ashmore.

Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and contribute to sales targets;
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Bradnam's products and stay up-to-date with current building codes;
- Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and implement changes to enhance customer experience;
- Collaborate with the credit department and support fellow customer service team members;
- Adhere to safe work practices and comply with all site requirements;
- Previous administration experience in a customer-facing role;
- Positive attitude and commitment to safe work practices;
