Leadership and Coordination Role in Family Support Program
This leadership role is responsible for the operational management of a family support program. The coordinator will oversee daily operations, manage new referrals, engage with clients, and provide clinical consultation to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing referrals to the program and intake processes
- Engaging with clients and conducting clinical assessments
- Providing consultation to team members on client cases
- Leading case reviews and supporting staff during leave periods
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse-Division 1 qualification
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
- Significant post-registration experience in Child & Family Health Nursing
- Demonstrated understanding of early intervention principles
