**Subscription Marketing Professional**
We are seeking a skilled Subscription Marketing Professional to join our team and help us develop and execute best-in-class marketing initiatives across the full customer lifecycle for our subscription propositions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and optimising highly relevant programs, campaigns and offers to deliver value and provide our subscribers with an exceptional experience. This includes acquiring, growing and retaining customers through targeted marketing channels.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have expertise in a variety of targeted marketing channels, including digital media, email, and social media. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to acquire, grow and retain customers
- Execute and optimise highly relevant campaigns and offers to deliver value and improve customer satisfaction
- Leverage data to drive campaign performance and inform future marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement marketing plans
- Monitor and report on marketing metrics to ensure optimal ROI
**Requirements:**
- 3-5+ years experience in Direct/Digital Marketing, CRM or Data Driven Marketing roles
- Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc.) or relevant experience
- Expertise in a variety of targeted marketing channels
- Possession of a customer-centric mindset and ability to advocate for a great customer experience
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
