Marketing Manager - Customer Lifecycle

This role involves designing and executing customer lifecycle strategies that deepen engagement, drive retention, and maximise customer lifetime value across every stage of the journey.

You will be responsible for managing the customer lifecycle marketing strategy, driving engagement, retention, and lifetime value across all stages of the customer journey. This includes building and executing multi-channel lifecycle campaigns using various platforms.

  • Create and manage customer journey maps to identify friction points and opportunities for deeper engagement.">

You will also be required to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, Sales, and Customer Success to align lifecycle initiatives with broader business goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 4+ years of experience building and managing automated lifecycle campaigns and communications journeys. You should also have hands-on experience building customer journeys across different platforms and technology stacks.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture beyond individual tasks. You should also be able to manage multiple tasks and identify priorities clearly.
