Lifecycle Marketing Specialist Job Overview

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Your focus will be on building, testing, documenting, and deploying campaigns across various platforms to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Your responsibilities will include providing day-to-day support for platform operations, maintaining campaign documentation, and managing key marketing data inputs and outputs. Using performance insights and data analysis, you will contribute to continuous campaign improvement and enhanced customer engagement throughout the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Lifecycle Marketing team in delivering personalized, cross-channel campaigns by interpreting briefs, documenting campaign logic, and preparing assets for build in Braze.
  • Build, QA, and launch campaigns using Braze's Canvas, Segments, Liquid personalization, and Custom Events, with a focus on accurate targeting and timely delivery.
  • Configure campaign logic using Braze tools ensuring dynamic, relevant messaging across customer touchpoints.
  • Assist in creating and executing QA test plans, including rendering checks, data validation, and issue escalation to ensure campaigns meet quality and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience working in CRM, lifecycle or marketing automation roles.
  • Experience with Braze is highly regarded, though familiarity with other enterprise ESPs such as HubSpot, Emarsys, Oracle, or similar platforms is also valued.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data architecture and data management is highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in reporting & performance monitoring frameworks for marketing automation.
