About the RoleWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cairns, Australia.

Key Responsibilities- Welcome and manage client experiences for optimal outcomes
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
- Provide administrative support to clinicians (audiologists/audiometrists)
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Handle clinic phone lines and shared email inboxes
- Billing clients correctly and handling payments
- Learn and effectively use various software applications
- Prior experience in customer service or administration roles
- Possess excellent communication and active listening skills
- Show resilience, self-motivation, and energy
- Demonstrate organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Focus on achieving results and best possible outcomes
- Interest in learning about hearing aid features and basic repair/maintenance
