We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cairns, Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle clinic phone lines and shared email inboxes
  • Billing clients correctly and handling payments
  • Learn and effectively use various software applications
Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer service or administration roles
  • Possess excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Show resilience, self-motivation, and energy
  • Demonstrate organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Interest in learning about hearing aid features and basic repair/maintenance
