Job Role Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in our Australasian businesses, supporting the broader business in their people activities and initiatives. This dynamic HR professional will partner with the People & Culture team and business to provide high-level professional HR generalist services.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training, performance management, and policy development. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in dealing with current employment laws and associated workplace requirements.

  • Provide timely and accurate advice, guidance, and information to support HR administration requirements.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate management.
  • Coordinate activities across the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance appraisal process, performance management coordination, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS.
  • Develop and/or update workplace policies, procedures, and practices to ensure current best practice is achieved.
Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong HR generalist background with a minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role in a dynamic operating environment.
  • Strong knowledge and sound experience in dealing with current employment laws and associated workplace requirements.
  • Solid understanding of Awards/EBA's and employment contract conditions.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS (Employment Hero is advantageous).
