This sought-after generalist role will work collaboratively with a team of HR Specialists in Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Payroll.
Key responsibilities include delivering people-focused HR solutions and improving practices, partnering with leaders to support business goals, identifying and resolving team challenges strategically, using HR data to inform decisions and reporting, designing and delivering HR-related training, supporting retention, talent and succession planning, conducting investigations and preparing reports.
Required skills and qualifications include 3+ years of experience in a HR Advisory or Business Partner role, generalist focussed with strong ER skills, a Bachelor's degree in business or diploma in Human Resources or a related field, strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Retail Award and other relevant employment law, and a proven track record of supporting and coaching leaders in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
