Job Description
As a dedicated and compassionate nursing care specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver essential nursing care and support to ensure the well-being and dignity of our residents.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care services such as assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming;
- Administering medications as prescribed by physicians and documenting medication records accurately;
- Maintaining health monitoring records and observing residents' vital signs, symptoms, and changes in their health condition;
- Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for residents with minor wounds;
- Conducting health assessments and reporting any changes in residents' health to the supervising RN or healthcare team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
