We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at our aged care facility.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the health and well-being of our residents while offering them dignity, safety, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance the health and well-being of residents
  • Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Assess, plan, and implement client care within your scope
  • Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs of residents
Requirements:
  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
  • Demonstrated aged care experience preferred
  • The ability to work as part of a team and promote education/leadership in aged care
  • Understanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvement
  • Experience in assessments and developing care plans
