Nurse Care Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate resident care plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote holistic resident outcomes
  • Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication among residents, families, and staff
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (or equivalent)
  • Current AHPRA registration (Nursing)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
