We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nursing care specialist to deliver high standards of personalized care to our residents.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care, demonstrating professional practice, and supervising personal care assistants.
The primary focus will be on ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to meet the daily needs of our residents.
About You:- Current registration as a registered nurse with relevant qualification and experience.
- Experience in assessing aged care residents and formulating care plans.
- Understanding and working knowledge of relevant legislation and nursing practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in utilizing information technology and well-developed computer skills.
