We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to deliver high-quality patient care in our esteemed mental health hospital. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients with diverse needs
- Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals to achieve seamless patient care
- Evaluate and address patient safety concerns promptly
- Mentor and guide junior nursing staff to enhance their skills and confidence
- Develop and implement education programs to support patient empowerment
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Postgraduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing or working towards it
- Working with Children check clearance
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
- Solid clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer literacy
