Job Summary: Concentis is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Remediation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering structural remediation projects safely, on time, and within budget.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Project Manager to plan and execute remediation and defect work on our current portfolio. You will provide technical input in the planning, design, and execution of project scopes, collaborating with engineering teams and consultants to meet project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise in project planning, design, and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.
  • Manage consultants and contractors to ensure timely delivery of work packages.
  • Review and approve engineering designs, recommending improvements where necessary.
  • Ensure quality control, conduct audits, and verify compliance with standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, addressing technical queries.
  • Oversee material procurement and evaluate supplier proposals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring safety and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering.
  • Project management qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience working in remote, brownfield environments and managing multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Strong experience with structural remediation projects.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing and negotiating at all levels.
  • Excellent knowledge of AS/NZS standards.
