Job Summary:
RPS Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Alice Springs team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will work on an exciting major Defence project, offering scope, autonomy, challenge, collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and a place at the front line.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction for Defence projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Manage and coordinate teams, stakeholders, and resources to achieve project objectives
- Ensure compliance with Defence requirements, Commonwealth Procurement Rules, and security protocols

Requirements:
- Australian citizenship and minimum Baseline Security Clearance
- Tertiary qualification in Construction, Architectural, Engineering, or similar
- Experience/exposure with Head Contract, Managing Contractor, and Design and Construct methodologies
- Previous Defence experience, including writing skills and familiarity with procurement rules
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and think strategically
- Proactive and results-driven approach
