We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager and Business Operations Specialist to join our team at Corrosion Instruments. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience in quality management system development, project management, website administration, inventory management, logistics, and customer services.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems, business operations, and ICT support. They will champion ISO 9001:2015 QMS certification, provide internal auditing support, develop and maintain company policies, procedures, and work instructions, and provide ICT support and customer services.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will be proficient in Excel, SharePoint, and WordPress, with working knowledge of web programming languages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (QMS) certification
  • Provide internal auditing support for QMS
  • Develop and maintain company policies, procedures, and work instructions
  • Provide ICT support and customer services
  • Commission and monitor devices on intuitive cathodic protection (CP) web interface (CI-Tx Central)
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related field with business operations understanding
  • Diploma or certificate in Information Technology (IT)
  • Certification in auditing ISO 9001:2015 QMS or bookkeeping preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management systems and business operations or relevant fields
  • Experience in website administration, maintenance, and ICT support services
  • Experience in logistics, procurement, and accounts payable considered favourable

Salary:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
