Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you'll play a critical role in assisting our Account Executives in selling our SaaS-based HR platform to clients. Your technical expertise will be essential in providing demos, discussing customer needs, and collaborating with sales teams to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver technical demonstrations of our software to explain our products and services to customers
  • Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and needs
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide sales support and gather feedback
  • Contribute to the development of new sales and marketing strategies based on client feedback
  • Assist in training sales teams on the technical aspects of our products and services

Requirements

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in pre-sales, solution consulting, or sales engineering. If you have a passion for winning and a team player mentality, we'd love to hear from you.

  • 4+ years of experience in a B2B technology SaaS environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to relay technical information to non-technical customers
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Resourceful and motivated to succeed
