Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our Account Executives to provide technical expertise and support to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and deliver technical demonstrations of our software, explaining our company's products or services to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and develop technical demonstrations of our software to explain our company's products or services to customers
  • Discuss and invoke conversation around needs and pains in the HR tech space with customers
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support both before and during calls
  • Listen to potential customers' technical requirements and needs and relay this feedback/information back to the product for development
  • Solicit and log client feedback and evaluate the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers
  • Assist in training members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services

Requirements

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in pre-sales, solution consulting, or sales engineering within a B2B technology SaaS environment. You should have excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills, as well as the ability to relay technical information to non-technical customers.
