Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to play a pivotal role in the success of our major projects. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and coordinating project schedules in alignment with documented standards.

  • Manage and maintain the project programme
  • Collaborate with service providers to review and integrate their programmes
  • Identify critical paths and schedule risks, facilitating resolutions between the project manager and contractors
  • Provide timely programme updates and ensure alignment between the service provider's outputs and the project programme
  • Analyse and provide schedule input for validation of any contractor delay notices
  • Develop and distribute accurate project, program, or portfolio reports to measure performance against the baseline
  • Ensure cost and schedule data are aligned, maintained, and reflect approved changes
