Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive coordinator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring our allied health practitioners can focus on what they do best – delivering high-quality support to clients – while you keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating practitioner schedules to maximize efficiency and client outcomes
  • Communicating schedule details and changes to staff, families, and carers
  • Managing appointment bookings, cancellations, and hydrotherapy schedules
  • Monitoring and reporting on session completion, leave, and compliance requirements
  • Supporting the Practice Manager and leadership team with data, reporting, and administration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in scheduling, rostering, or workforce coordination (health, disability or related sector preferred)
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Confidence using scheduling systems, databases, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
