About Us

Frucor Suntory, a leading beverage company in the region, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the coordination of corporate brand activities across Australia and New Zealand. As part of our Corporate Affairs/Transformation team, this 12 Month Fixed-Term-Contract role (Full-Time Hours) will manage complex, large-scale projects and events from conception through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with corporate brand objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in Oceania and Japan to enhance the visibility of the Frucor Suntory brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions under pressure.
  • Manage project budgets, establish vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure accurate project administration and documentation.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in project management or a related field, with a degree in administration or a related discipline.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results on time and within scope.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in project planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition, we provide an industry-leading parental leave policy and opportunities for professional development.
