Job Summary

This role will play a crucial part in achieving business objectives through supporting sales and education efforts in our designated region. As a Sales and Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing action plans to achieve retail sales targets, KPIs, and objectives of assigned counters.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales: Assist in developing and executing action plans to achieve retail sales targets, KPIs, and objectives of assigned counters. Analyze and review counter sales and BA performance to develop strategies to improve performance. Create and maintain an atmosphere that is focused on achieving sales and profit goals.
  2. Training & Coaching: Provide virtual and on-counter training and coaching in brand products and customer service. Identify training and coaching needs of assigned counters, such as Estee at Your Service. Partner with the education team to further develop customer service of the team. Provide update training on new launches.
  3. Promotions: Identify opportunities to hold on-counter or off-counter events to drive artist and consumer engagement and drive sales. Assist in planning and leading all events, working with relevant stakeholders including Retailers, Airports, Marketing, and Education teams.
  4. Inventory: Ensure counter managers have correct tools and training to manage inventory levels properly. Recommend and maintain the inventory of display and merchandising materials. Identify slow-moving products or overstocks, working on sell-through plans and execution on counters.
Requirements
  1. Tertiary education, diploma, or university graduate preferred.
  2. Previous retail management experience in the cosmetic field preferred.
  3. Training and coaching background a plus.
  4. Travel Retail experience advantageous.
  5. Intermediate skills across the Microsoft Suite of tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000 based on industry standards and location.
