Marketing Coordinator - Digital

Sydney-based Marketing Coordinator role with a global food and entertainment company.

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team in Sydney NSW. Our ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional brand experiences and has a keen eye for detail.

About the Company

Our company portfolio spans from globally recognized brands like Wahlburgers, Australia's largest independent cinema chain United Cinemas, and fine dining venues. We're at the forefront of fusing entertainment with food and beverage, and we're always pushing boundaries.

The Role:

As our Marketing Coordinator - Digital, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering outstanding visual designs that reflect our brand direction. Your day-to-day tasks may include designing event materials, social media assets, retail displays, and print materials.

You will work closely with our leadership, marketing, and architectural teams to ensure consistency across all campaigns. Your expertise in graphic design, typography, and digital tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator will be essential in creating engaging content.

Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital design;
  • Proficiency in formatting and manipulating imagery and typography;
  • Familiarity with MSO tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.);
  • Digital design skills applied to responsive websites, eDMs, digital banners, and presentations;
  • Able to work within tight deadlines, flexible, and self-motivated;
  • Knowledge of best practice in design standards;
  • Experience working with branding guidelines;
  • High level of ideation and craft behind design concepts;
  • Able to output artwork for both print and digital specifications;

What We Offer:

An annual salary of $75,000-$85,000, dependent upon your experience. This full-time position is based in our Sydney CBD office. We're not currently offering remote work arrangements.
