About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Designer to join our Origin Retail Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing customer content across our core digital platforms, including the Origin app and website.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the production of compelling and distinct content and communications for our customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Drive Customer Happiness and digital deflection results with content strategy, creation, and execution.
  • Bring new products and services to market, including chatbots and new digital products, to drive digital adoption.
  • Take ownership of Origin brand guidelines and brand voice, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and executions.
  • Apply customer-centric and design thinking, using analytics and testing, to optimize content that drives customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage the Help and Support CMS platform governance and optimization to ensure compliance with design system standards across the website.
