About the Role

You will be part of the Experience Systems team, working closely with product designers to create seamless user experiences within Xero's online software. Your expertise in content design and UX writing will help transform complex processes into simple, user-focused flows and interactions.

Key Responsibilities

    • Apply your knowledge of content design and UX writing best practices to create clear, scannable, and accessible content
    • Collaborate with product designers to co-design experiences and share knowledge and coaching
    • Own and drive initiatives that evolve the practice of content design at Xero, ensuring quality is achieved consistently across the product
    • Prioritise high-value work to maximise the impact of our small Content Design team
    • Lead strategically important projects, developing frameworks, patterns, and guidelines that improve content quality

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a talented Content Designer - Experience Expert with a strong background in content design and UX writing. You will have excellent communication skills, a positive approach to influencing stakeholders, and the ability to lead initiatives autonomously.
