Content Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Design Lead to join our experienced design team at RACV. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver meaningful experiences and outcomes that impact people's lives and support RACV's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement content strategies that align with business objectives and user needs.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create engaging and user-centered content experiences.
- Lead the development of information architectures and content guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand content needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Establish and promote content strategy guidelines, best practices, and standards within RACV and externally.
- Participate in product workshops and contribute to the development of new business pitches and client relationships.
- Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content design and strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar Content Writing position, with a focus on user-centered content.
- Experience in shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects and leading a team of multiple practitioners.
- A portfolio of UX-focused writing samples and style guidelines.
- Project Management certification highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the build and delivery of Digital Products within a fast-paced environment.
