We are seeking an experienced Capital Works Delivery Manager to join our team.
This is a high-value opportunity for a skilled professional who can deliver a wide range of parks and open space projects.
The role involves scoping and engaging design consultants, through procurement, managing contractors, overseeing construction and ensuring successful handover.
About the Role:
- This position requires proven project management experience with a focus on capital works delivery, ideally in a local government setting.
- You will have strong skills in procurement, budgeting and reporting.
- A key aspect of this role is managing consultants, contractors and contracts through the full lifecycle.
- You must be able to effectively engage stakeholders and communities.
- A relevant qualification in project management, engineering or landscape architecture is highly desirable.
