Job Summary

This role focuses on empowering individuals through comprehensive training, support services, and assessments to enhance their employability and competitiveness in the local labour market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and facilitating various training programs, building relationships with local employers and community organisations, and developing career development plans for participants.

A current driver's licence, eligibility to work in Australia, and a willingness to complete a Criminal History Check are essential requirements for this position.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote APM's employment services program and the Employability Skills Training initiative
  • Support participants in identifying their skills and abilities, and help them secure employment
  • Organise and implement training programs for participants, focusing on career development and job readiness
  • Foster strong relationships with local employers and community organisations to provide opportunities for participants
Requirements:
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
