Manufacturing Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Operations Lead to drive the establishment and growth of our in-house manufacturing capability. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations, and fostering strong partnerships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and optimize manufacturing workflows to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality materials and services.
  • Develop business cases to support strategic decision-making regarding manufacturing scale-up and contract manufacturing.
  • Lead by example, rolling up sleeves to ensure hands-on expertise in assembly and production while building high-performing teams and systems.
