Senior Hospitality Manager

We are seeking experienced hospitality managers to lead our vibrant venues.

About the Role:

  • Oversee daily venue operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the front-of-house team during service periods.
  • Ensure compliance with RSA and liquor licensing regulations.
  • Manage bookings, functions, and peak service periods efficiently.
  • Handle cash-up procedures, tills, and end-of-day reporting accurately.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or hospitality management role in a busy bar or restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Current RSA (South Australia) / RP badge.
  • Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems advantageous.
