We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assist in streamlining manual tasks and connecting core systems into a cohesive, automated workflow.

The Opportunity

  • Identify and automate manual workflows using Power Automate and AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Incorporate key business systems including ERP, CRM, WFM, and machinery interfaces to facilitate seamless data exchange.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and deliver tailored automation solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to support adoption and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and refine automation processes for optimal performance and continuous improvement.

About the Role

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate, AI tools, and system integration is essential for success in this position.
  • Familiarity with APIs and data flows between ERP, CRM, WFM, and industrial machinery systems is required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary for identifying and resolving complex issues.
