Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional engineer to lead our corridor management team.

This is a key leadership opportunity for a senior engineer to make a lasting impact on our transportation infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing team.

  • This role involves providing high-level engineering expertise, guidance, and oversight of road corridor activities in the Wide Bay/Burnett District.
  • You will be responsible for managing and providing technical direction to development control, access control, ancillary works, and encroachments control and services liaison activities.
  • The successful candidate will lead the corridor management team in close liaison with advisors and other key stakeholders.

Mandatory Qualifications And Conditions
  • A four-year, Washington Accord accredited, Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalence which is assessed/accepted by Engineers Australia against Washington Accord benchmarks.
  • Registration as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
  • Current holder of car driver's licence.
  • Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
